It is completely unfathomable to me how anyone is on this level of sheer evil, and so sick in the mind that they can do something this horrific to a defenceless pup. Literally can’t wrap my head around it. To me this should have no less consequence than what murderers get, because that’s exactly what he is, if you’re capable of doing this to a defenceless pet, just for fun, then who’s to say down the line him and his friends wouldn’t have done worse to another person!
